Augmented Reality

I was searching youtube for videos on augmented reality and I came across this one with information on a neat program you can use on your desktop in conjunction with google earth. You can view 3D images of many places around the world such as the Eiffel Tower, the Coliseum, etc. If you can't go out and see the world you can bring the world to you!   This could be used in the classroom while teaching history, literature, foreign language, etc.
